The Rest of June 22 and June 23 Breakfast

June 22 was probably my best day, since starting the healthier lifestyle.  I ate Japanese leftovers for lunch and a chef salad for supper.  And although I know that you are suppose to snack during the day, I didn't have any of my snacks.

For breakfast this morning, June 23, I needed something beside the same meal I have eaten for the last few days.  I cut up some fresh fruit and made a fruit salad (no sugar added).  It was delicious.
