Breakfast June 20

Okay, so I am starting a healthy eating plan this week.  I needed something to keep me accountable, because in the past all of my attempts to lose weight have been futile.  Since I love food and making it, I hope that keeping a daily post of my food will help to keep me accountable.

Today for breakfast I made four egg whites, plain yogurt topped with fresh blueberries, a piece of whole wheat toast with local honey drizzled on top, and a 1/2 cup of slieced bananas.
